ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow two days to process your order. Expect an email within three days to let you know your order is on the way. 

PICKUP
Orders can be picked up from our Noosa Hinterland location daily, from 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25kms of our warehouse. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Because our products are made from Australian hardwood timbers, they are very heavy. Keeping our shipping rates as low as possible is important to us. We've tried to cap shipping of a single timber height chart to AUD$75. It often costs us more than this ($100+) but we're willing to absorb this additional cost to keep your shipping fee low.

Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days using Pack + Send. Flat rate shipping fee of $75 applies to orders shipping to within Australia. We do not ship timber products outside of Australia at this time due to biosecurity issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DIY KITS
Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of AUD$20 applies to orders shipping outside of Australia. We do not ship timber products outside of Australia at this time due to biosecurity issues.
